Overview

The DC US Marketing Activation Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing and communication plans for the US Data Center market, supporting the Castrol ON brand and driving sustainable growth in alignment with bp’s Net Zero ambitions.

  • Develop marketing plans for the US Data Center market.
  • Support the Castrol ON brand with effective product portfolio management.
  • Lead annual marketing planning to generate new sales leads.

  • Monitor market movements and competitive landscape.
  • Identify areas for offer development based on market insights.
  • Work closely with global marketing teams to implement strategies.
  • Drive operational marketing excellence across the team.
  • Collaborate across functions to develop new business models.
  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.

Requirements

  • University degree, preferably a post-graduate qualification.
  • 8+ years of experience in B2B brand and product marketing.
  • 5+ years of digital marketing experience.
  • Strong conceptual and analytical thinking skills.
  • Experience in the data center industry is a plus.
  • Proven track record of developing new business areas.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment.
  • Self-motivated with strong execution capabilities.
  • Experience in global project management preferred.
