Overview

The Marketing Activation Manager – Export will be responsible for localising, executing, and optimising brand activations across key export markets while ensuring brand consistency and adapting strategies to local audiences.

In Short

• Develop and execute annual marketing activation plans.
• Adapt global marketing campaigns for local markets.
• Design and execute in-market campaigns and activations.
• Partner with distributors for brand training and support.

Requirements

• 3–5 years in brand or trade marketing, preferably in FMCG.
• Proven track record in executing marketing activations internationally.
• Strong understanding of retail and foodservice marketing.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Highly organised and self-motivated.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
