User Acquisition Associate, Ad Ops - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Ad Ops Associate to support our Growth Marketing team in executing and optimizing marketing strategies.

In Short

• Assist the Growth Marketing team in executing marketing campaigns across various channels.
• Collect, organize, and analyze marketing data from various sources.
• Oversee the day-to-day operation of the marketing tech stack and analytics tools.
• Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements in marketing processes.
• Collaborate with the broader marketing team and other departments.
• Track and measure key performance indicators for growth marketing campaigns.
• Assist in tracking marketing spend and optimizing cost-efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in marketing operations or performance marketing.
• Strong understanding of marketing BI/reporting tools.
• Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel, Tableau).
• Strong data analysis skills.
• Familiarity with performance marketing metrics.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
