Overview

Donorbox is looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate to join our tight-knit HR team to support recruitment efforts and ensure a positive candidate experience.

In Short

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for assigned roles.
• Write and post engaging job descriptions across multiple platforms.
• Source and identify potential candidates through various channels.
• Conduct initial screenings and review applications.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in Greenhouse.
• Build positive relationships with candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers on recruitment objectives.
• Analyze recruitment data for process improvement.
• Assist with onboarding new hires.

Requirements

• 1-2+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with ATS and recruitment software.
• Proficiency in Google Suite.
• Ability to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive and problem-solving mindset.
