• Join a growing Data Science team to support personalization models and infrastructure.
• Collaborate with data scientists on personalized recommendations and user segmentation.
• Lead initiatives to improve user experience and retention through modeling and experimentation.
• Build and deploy machine learning models for recommendations and targeting.
• Design and analyze experiments to evaluate personalization strategies.
• Work closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Data Engineering teams.
• Develop clean, maintainable code and reusable pipelines.
• Translate data insights into actionable strategies.

Requirements

• Degree in Math, Physics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or similar (MS preferred).
• 2+ years of experience in data science or machine learning.
• Hands-on experience with recommendation engines and personalization algorithms.
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Solid foundation in statistics and experimental design.
• Familiarity with cloud-based tools (AWS, GCP, etc.).
• Ability to influence product decisions with data.
