The National Commercial Office Manager at Doka USA is responsible for managing and optimizing order processing systems and ensuring operational efficiency across the organization.

• Manage Doka’s in-house order processing system and other commercial platforms.
• Oversee inventory control and month-end closing processes.
• Conduct operational audits and implement process improvements.
• Collaborate with central departments for continuous development of internal tools.
• Support profitability through pricing strategies and cost-control measures.
• Monitor physical inventory counts and resolve discrepancies.
• Deliver training on systems to new and existing employees.
• Participate in company-wide projects and safety initiatives.
• Evaluate staff competencies and recommend development initiatives.
• Travel extensively to branch offices for support and training.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business preferred; focus in Operations, Controlling, or Logistics desired.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in operations, logistics, or administration.
• Ability to travel up to 65% to support branch operations.
