Solutions Engineer - Remote

Overview

As a Solutions Engineer at Ultralytics, you will be the technical face of our organization, working directly with clients to architect and deploy computer vision solutions using the YOLO ecosystem.

In Short

• Collaborate with clients to understand their use cases and challenges.
• Deliver high-quality technical demos and onboarding sessions.
• Design annotation strategies and model training pipelines.
• Debug client issues with a deep understanding of YOLO and Python.
• Support pre-sales efforts and shape proposals.
• Serve as a technical advisor during customer engagements.
• Interface with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Product teams.
• Act as a strategic technical advisor to clients.
• Represent Ultralytics at conferences and contribute to technical blogs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Computer Vision or Machine Learning roles.
• Excellent client-facing skills.
• Proficiency in Python and familiarity with the YOLO ecosystem.
• Hands-on experience with OpenCV and PyTorch.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end model lifecycles.
• Experience with Docker and comfort across different OS environments.
• Ability to teach or mentor teams through workshops.
• Comfort leading workshops and writing technical guides.
