Overview

The Solutions Engineer is vital in providing both pre- and post-sales support, acting as a bridge between technical expertise and customer advocacy within Ceribell.

In Short

Serve as a primary technical point of contact for internal teams and customers.
Lead discussions on workflow integration, especially concerning EMR orders.
Collaborate with hospital teams on vendor intake processes.
Proactively troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.
Operate independently with minimal oversight.
Maintain technical skills and knowledge, keeping up with current trends.
Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in Solutions Engineering.
Comprehensive understanding of networks, firewalls, and IT infrastructure.
Positive and professional demeanor.
Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as HIPAA and FDA.
