Quality Assurance Engineer - Remote

Overview

As a QA Engineer at Ultralytics, you will be the guardian of quality for the Ultralytics HUB platform and our suite of AI models, ensuring our products meet the highest standards of performance, reliability, and user experience.

In Short

• Design and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Build and maintain test automation frameworks using Python and PyTest.
• Perform end-to-end testing from UI validation to backend API testing.
• Validate data integrity and performance of MongoDB databases.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
• Conduct performance and load testing in GCP environments.
• Perform manual testing for new features and complex scenarios.
• Collaborate with developers and ML engineers to resolve defects.
• Test models across different deployment formats like ONNX and TensorRT.
• Maintain a high attention to detail and passion for quality.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance with a focus on test automation.
• Expert proficiency in Python and experience with PyTest.
• Hands-on experience with UI automation tools like Selenium.
• Experience in API testing for RESTful services, especially FastAPI.
• Strong understanding of SaaS platform testing and cloud environments (GCP preferred).
• Experience with CI/CD principles and GitHub Actions.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker.
• Experience with MongoDB or similar NoSQL databases.
• Understanding of the machine learning lifecycle and AI applications is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and strong communication abilities.
