In Short

• Lead processes within the Software Delivery Lifecycle (SDLC) and engage in Product Area Agile events.
• Focus on Configuration, Monitoring, and QA testing with expert-level knowledge in QA testing.
• Collaborate with engineering leaders to develop QA testing strategies and best practices.
• Document and communicate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Guide and mentor team members for accurate configuration based on business requirements.
• Develop complex test cases, procedures, and automated test scripts.
• Provide technical assistance in on-call rotation support.
• Use advanced query knowledge to guide product area team members.
• Lead discovery calls and refine designs.
• Promote Test-Driven Development and reduce bugs by adopting Agile methodologies.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED (or higher).
• 4+ years in a business analyst or Quality engineer role.
• 3+ years experience using MS SQL and SQL query language.
• 3+ years in technical writing or software documentation.
• 3+ years with Microsoft Office programs.
• 1+ year using AI tools in the software development lifecycle.
• United States citizenship required.
• Ability to obtain security clearance.
