Application Specialist EPM (F/H/NB) - Remote

Overview

The IT team at Ubisoft is looking for an Application Specialist EPM to support, maintain, and develop our financial planning and consolidation tools.

In Short

• Manage incidents, problems, requests, and changes within defined SLAs.
• Regularly communicate progress on requests and manage user expectations.
• Conduct regular system monitoring, security audits, and data quality checks.
• Provide training and documentation to users.
• Contribute to internal documentation and user documentation.
• Participate in functional evolution or continuous improvement projects.
• Collaborate with EPM Business Analysts, developers, and Data Warehouse teams.

Requirements

• University degree in IT, finance, or related field.
• Experience in IT or finance, ideally with financial IT tools.
• Good understanding of business processes and their integration into IT systems.
• Proficiency in SQL for Oracle and MS-SQL databases.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting and consolidation tools.
• Understanding of data flows between internal/external systems and data warehouses.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle EPM (Hyperion Financial Management, Hyperion Planning, EPM Cloud).
• Very good English skills, both written and spoken; French is a plus.
