Application Specialist (W/M/NB) - Remote

Overview

Ubisoft’s IT department is looking for an EPM Applications Specialist to provide support, maintenance, and development for our financial planning and consolidation tools.

In Short

• Manage incidents, problems, requests, and changes within defined SLAs.
• Communicate status updates and manage customer expectations.
• Conduct regular system monitoring, security audits, and data quality verifications.
• Provide training and documentation for end-users.
• Participate in projects including new functionalities and enhancements.
• Collaborate with EPM Business Analysts, Developers, and Data Warehouse teams.

Requirements

• University degree in IT, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience in IT or Finance, preferably with a focus on IT Finance tools.
• Strong understanding of business processes and their integration into IT systems.
• Proficiency in Oracle and MS-SQL database querying.
• Solid knowledge of finance reporting and consolidation tools.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle EPM (Hyperion Financial Management, Hyperion Planning, EPM Cloud).
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; French is a plus.
