Overview

As an OTC Category Manager at Alcon, you will lead business analysis efforts to provide data-driven insights, shape product assortment, pricing, and promotions, and build strong supplier relationships to drive growth and profitability in Vision Care.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.

• Experience in the eye care or healthcare industry is a plus.
• Proven track record of driving growth through strategic initiatives.
• Strong communication skills to convey insights and strategies.
• Ability to adapt strategies based on performance metrics.
