Overview

The Associate Director, Thought Leader Liaison (TLL) is a customer-facing role within Marketing responsible for engaging and building productive relationships with Thought Leaders (TL) and other key influencers in the Dermatology therapeutic area.

In Short

  • Curate advocacy for brand(s) and therapeutic areas.
  • Engage with Thought Leaders to align with strategic imperatives.
  • Contribute to HCP education delivery.
  • Coordinate national/regional conferences and events.
  • Gather and share insights from the Thought Leader community.
  • Travel up to 80% of the time.
  • Develop productive relationships with healthcare professionals.
  • Work effectively in a matrixed environment.
  • Moderate educational activities.
  • Identify and execute educational opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Thought Leader engagement.
  • Proven ability to develop relationships with physicians.
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills.
  • Financial/budgetary experience.
  • Ability to lead and motivate others.
  • Experience in a matrixed environment.
  • Allergy therapeutic area expertise is desirable.
  • MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
