Overview

The HEOR Associate Director is responsible for tactical execution of the evidence generation strategy in the Cardiovascular medical unit, focusing on health economics and outcomes research.

Requirements

• Experience with real-world data and methodologies.
• Advanced degree in health economics, statistics, or related field.
• Knowledge of US healthcare financing and delivery systems.
• Ability to lead complex cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Experience engaging with payers and regulatory agencies.
• Experience in market access or related functions preferred.
