Centessa Pharmaceuticals is seeking an Associate Director/Director of Drug Product within the CMC group, responsible for managing external vendors and overseeing nonclinical formulation development.

In Short

Requirements

  • 5-10 years of formulation experience in small molecules.
  • Knowledge of cGMP requirements.
  • Strong decision-making and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with analytical characterization techniques.
  • Excellent project management and leadership skills.
  • Problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach.
