Sales Development Representative (SDR) - Remote

Overview

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Typescouts will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients primarily in the U.S. and Canada, helping to grow the client base by connecting them with exceptional talent from Latin America.

• Prospect and qualify inbound and outbound leads via LinkedIn, email, and other channels
• Articulate Typescouts' value proposition to U.S. and Canadian companies
• Book discovery calls and hand off qualified leads to leadership
• Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead information
• Collaborate with marketing to improve messaging and lead generation strategies

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in sales, outreach, or lead generation
• Familiarity with recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR services
• Experience selling to North American markets
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Comfortable with cold outreach (email and LinkedIn)
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
