Overview

The Territory Dealer Manager will serve as the face of Bridgestone in an assigned territory, responsible for delivering sales targets for a network of commercial tire dealers and fleet customers.

In Short

  • Manage sales and account relationships in assigned territories.
  • Solicit and sell to fleets and end-users for new tires and retreads.
  • Collaborate with Territory Fleet Managers and dealers.
  • Conduct evaluations and inspections of tire performance.
  • Develop business plans for dealers and fleets.
  • Provide training on products and marketing tools.
  • Analyze customer needs and maintain performance data.
  • Deliver high levels of customer service and resolve concerns.
  • Travel frequently to meet with clients and attend events.
  • Manage territory within predetermined budgets.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience or equivalent education.
  • Proven sales ability and tire/automotive experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work unsupervised and manage time efficiently.
  • Flexibility to travel frequently.
  • Strong negotiation and organizational skills.
  • Team-player approach with openness to change.
  • Ability to maintain composure in high-stress situations.
