Requirements

  • High School Diploma.
  • 2-4 years’ experience in customer service or technical support.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Proficiency in web-based applications.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Detail-oriented with high accountability for work.
  • Ability to attend virtual training and meetings.
  • Must have a professional home office setup.
  • Ability to travel 10% of the time.
