Manager of Revenue Integrity - Remote

Overview

Our client in the healthcare revenue cycle industry is looking for a Manager of Revenue Integrity to lead rule design and validation efforts within their growing team.

In Short

• Lead a team of 8-10 analysts in refining rule-based validation processes.
• Oversee rule development and analyze claims data.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations.
• Strong leadership and knowledge of coding methodologies required.
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Develop and manage validation rules.
• Conduct audits and ensure compliance with coding regulations.
• Collaborate with IT to improve system functionality.
• Train employees on revenue integrity processes.
• Identify missed charges and revenue leakage in billing processes.

Requirements

• CCS and either CCDS or CDIP certification required.
• 5+ years of healthcare revenue cycle management experience required.
• 2+ years of management experience required.
• Expertise in ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS, and DRG methodologies required.
• Experience with UB-04 form and payer timely filing periods required.
• Strong Excel proficiency required.
• EHR and coding software experience required.
