Aptean Ross ERP System Administrator/Developer - Remote

Overview

The Aptean Ross ERP System Administrator/Developer will manage the Ross ERP environment, focusing on system administration, enhancements, and daily operations while collaborating with end users to drive ERP improvements.

• Administer and configure Aptean Ross ERP, including upgrades and user security.
• Maintain and enhance custom code and ERP extensions.
• Partner with end users to gather requirements and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with consultants on system updates and customizations.
• Troubleshoot issues and develop solutions for daily operations.
• Identify and implement opportunities to optimize performance.
• Document system processes and configurations.
• Collaborate with IT leadership on system integrations.
• Serve as the internal subject matter expert on Ross ERP.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Aptean Ross ERP administration experience.
• Hands-on Ross ERP configuration and customization experience.
• Strong understanding of ERP workflows in manufacturing environments.
• Ability to travel quarterly to the Pittsburgh area.
