Overview

The Senior Program Manager, Clinical Performance and Innovation, reports to the Director of Clinical Performance & Innovation and supports leadership of strategic initiatives to advance Twin's mission of reversing and preventing chronic metabolic disease.

In Short

• Own end-to-end program management of strategic initiatives.
• Support program management of product development.
• Manage communication of updates to stakeholders.
• Drive improvements in clinical and operational workflows.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in healthcare, with 3 years in virtual care.
• 5+ years focused on process improvement or strategic operations.
• Track record of partnering with clinical leaders.
• Understanding of product development processes.
• Experience managing complex projects.
• Analytical mindset and structured problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and executive presence.
• Proficiency with Google Suite applications.
