Requirements

• 5-7+ years of project/program management experience in healthcare.
• Proven experience managing complex projects in fast-paced environments.
• Strong knowledge of project management tools: Smartsheet, Gantt charts.
• PMP certification is preferred.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
• Experience developing presentations for executive audiences.
• Billing expertise or experience in billing transitions is a plus.
• Proactive, self-starter attitude.
• Resilient and adaptable to feedback.
