Requirements

• 5+ years in a technical pre-sales role in CPaaS, SaaS, or Telecom.
• Understanding of the sales cycle and pre-sales engineering role.
• Knowledge of voice protocols, SIP, and messaging APIs.
• Problem-solving and collaboration skills.
• Ability to communicate complex topics effectively.
• Familiarity with public cloud platforms.
• Experience with backend development (Java, C#, Node.js, etc.).
• Fluent in German.
