Twilio is looking for a Senior M&A Legal Integration Paralegal to manage the legal integration aspects of M&A and coordinate cross-functionally to ensure alignment with legal requirements and business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of M&A integration experience.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Ability to work under time pressure and tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and GSuite.
• International M&A experience is a plus.
