  • Own the integration lifecycle from acquisition conversations to operational integration.

  • Identify risks and proactively surface solutions.

Requirements

  • 4–7 years of experience in management consulting or M&A integration.
  • Experience driving complex cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong presence and ability to build trust quickly.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and changing environments.
  • Familiar with building playbooks for integrations.
  • Excited about owning outcomes and flexible during crunch times.
  • Builder’s mindset to shape the future of the integration function.
