Tutored by Teachers (TbT) is a mission-driven, teacher-powered organization delivering high-impact, high-dosage tutoring to K-12 students across the country. We partner with schools and districts to improve academic outcomes for students who need it most. Now, we’re expanding our impact through direct-to-family channels via state-funded Education Savings Account (ESA) programs.

In Short

• Lead the D2C business initiative for TbT.
• Drive the ESA business line from strategy through execution.
• Track ESA program developments across states.
• Design and implement direct-to-parent marketing campaigns.
• Ensure a high-touch sign-up experience for families.
• Build feedback loops to enhance customer experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams for seamless execution.
• Source and utilize demand generation tools.
