• We are seeking a Data Quality Specialist to join our Data Stewardship team.
• Focus on account management, data clean-up, and total addressable market (TAM) tracking.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and usability across systems.
• Manage account records and standardize data processes.
• Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) for data quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for data alignment.
• Support the development and maintenance of TAM models.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
• Monitor data governance compliance.
• Provide insights based on data trends.

Requirements

• 2+ years in data stewardship, data governance, or business intelligence.
• Experience managing or cleaning customer data.
• High attention to detail and data quality standards.
• Experience developing SOPs.
• Ability to work cross-functionally.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Excel; familiarity with CRM platforms preferred.
• Experience with data visualization tools is a plus.
