Overview

The Customer Success Manager for Higher Education at Turnitin is responsible for helping educational institutions maximize the value of their investment in Turnitin's solutions, focusing on customer retention and growth.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management in SaaS or EdTech.
  • Proven track record of meeting renewal and upsell targets.
  • Ability to build executive-level relationships within higher education.
  • Understanding of the education technology landscape.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Highly organized and adept at managing accounts.
  • Proficiency with CRM and Customer Success tools (e.g., Salesforce).
  • A collaborative teammate with a passion for education.
