Overview

The Demand Generation Specialist at Trustwell will be responsible for developing and driving successful demand generation and digital marketing programs to attract and convert leads in the food industry.

In Short

  • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Partner with sales teams to align marketing initiatives with pipeline targets.
  • Forecast and report on campaign performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with creative resources to produce engaging content.
  • Manage relationships with agencies and event organizers.
  • Ensure campaigns align with local market trends and regulations.
  • Build automated workflows for lead nurturing and scoring.
  • Maintain knowledge of Trustwell’s products and solutions.
  • Work with sales to develop effective messaging and outreach tactics.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or similar.
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B demand generation marketing.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
  • Strong analytical skills to measure program success.
  • Exceptional communication skills for UK and EMEA audiences.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with sales teams.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on achieving marketing goals.
  • Experience in account-based marketing is a plus.
