Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Customer Success or Relationship-Based Sales.
• Experience with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce.
• Experience in managing large iGaming or Sports Betting accounts.
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Experience with fintech or online payments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Suite.
• Familiarity with Tableau, QlikSense, or ThinkCell preferred.
