IT SOX Analyst – Internal Audit - Remote

Overview

Trupanion is seeking an IT SOX Analyst to join a growing Internal Audit team, focusing on developing and executing IT internal audit programs.

In Short

• Support the development and execution of the IT internal audit plan.
• Conduct and document control testing in AuditBoard.
• Collaborate with IT, Finance, and business teams.
• Analyze systems and processes supported by Workday, Azure, SQL, and various applications.
• Contribute to data governance and cybersecurity assessments.
• 2–5 years of experience in IT audit or SOX compliance.
• Strong understanding of SOX requirements and frameworks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with AuditBoard.
• Knowledge of Workday, SQL, and Azure is a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in IT audit, SOX compliance, or internal controls.
• Strong understanding of SOX requirements and frameworks (e.g., COSO, COBIT).
• Familiarity with key IT environments and control areas.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with AuditBoard or similar GRC platforms.
• Knowledge of Workday, SQL, Windows servers, or Azure infrastructure.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• A proactive and self-starting attitude.
