Member Care Representative - Remote

Overview

The Member Care Representative is responsible for performing all tasks relative to in-house and external communications with TrueScripts clients and members, providing administrative support, and ensuring excellent service.

In Short

• Handle inquiries from members, clients, and pharmacies.
• Troubleshoot claim processing issues.
• Assist members with prescription benefits.
• Provide administrative support to various teams.
• Complete Prior Authorization requests.
• Assist members with copay assistance.
• Perform QA testing for client transitions.
• Communicate problems to management.
• Multi-task in a dynamic environment.
• Maintain a high level of service.

Requirements

• Customer service experience.
• Knowledge of claims processing is helpful.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer relations skills.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
• Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office.
• High School Diploma or college degree preferred.
• Pharmacy technician experience preferred but not required.
