Overview

As a Senior Solutions Engineer at Truemed, you’ll play a critical role in helping high-growth, high-volume, and complex merchants unlock the full value of our platform. You’ll partner closely with enterprise-level brands to integrate HSA/FSA eligibility into their commerce stack, enhance the customer experience, and align our technology with their business objectives to drive measurable growth.

In Short

• Drive technical strategy and solution design in the sales cycle.
• Design and deliver custom demos and integration walkthroughs.
• Translate technical challenges into actionable product feedback.
• Engage with enterprise partners for integration planning.
• Support Truemed’s ecosystem of enterprise merchants and partners.
• Lead technical discovery sessions to inform integration strategies.
• Manage multiple high-impact sales cycles and engagements.
• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Utilize cloud-based technologies and SaaS architecture.

Requirements

• Experience in pre-sales solutions engineering in eCommerce or healthtech.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Deep understanding of eCommerce infrastructure and payment methods.
• Hands-on experience with web APIs (REST/GraphQL).
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Proactive mindset and agility in startup environments.
• Knowledge of cloud-based technologies and SaaS architecture.
• Willingness to travel within the U.S. for client meetings.
