SSR Payroll Specialist (LATAM) - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Payroll Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing and maintaining accurate payroll records, ensuring timely and accurate payroll distribution, and assisting with payroll-related inquiries.

In Short

• Process bi-weekly/monthly payroll for all employees.
• Maintain employee payroll records.
• Generate and review payroll reports for accuracy.
• Ensure correct tax withholdings and deductions.
• Ensure compliance with payroll regulations.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll.
• Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies.
• Assist with year-end tax forms preparation.
• Maintain accurate and confidential payroll records.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance teams.

Requirements

• High school diploma; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus.
• 2+ years of payroll processing experience.
• Experience with payroll software (e.g., ADP, Paychex).
• Familiarity with payroll regulations.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
