LATAM Payroll Specialist - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and proactive LATAM Payroll Specialist to support and handle Payroll and HR operational processes for 5 countries within the LATAM Region, including Colombia, Peru, Chile, Argentina, and Mexico, covering around 200 employees. In this role, you will contribute to driving efficiency and compliance while helping to improve our operations. Beyond traditional practices, we seek someone eager to embrace automation and standardization of processes to improve payroll management.

In Short

• Assist in organizing and streamlining Payroll and HR processes.
• Carry out payroll closing activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Support adherence to local labor legislation in LATAM countries.
• Maintain communication with the third-party payroll supplier.
• Collaborate with Legal to identify potential risks.
• Monitor the application of labor legislation across the region.
• Handle Personnel Administration processes.
• Assist in preparing management reports and updating policies.

Requirements

• Advanced or fluent Spanish is mandatory.
• Intermediate to advanced level of English.
• At least 5 years of experience in Corporate Payroll and HR processes.
• Expertise in Payroll Accounting and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Skilled at prioritizing tasks and multitasking.
• Available to learn and work with other countries and regions.
