Product Marketing Manager - Remote

Overview

The Product Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in enriching the Rocket Visa Signature® Card user experience, working cross-functionally with our product, research, CRM, and executive teams to help us bring our credit card program to the next level.

In Short

• Share ownership of lifecycle marketing strategy and execution for the Rocket Visa Signature® Card program.
• Develop and optimize customer engagement campaigns across email, in-app, and web channels.
• Create compelling marketing copy and content that motivates action with cardholders.
• Partner with Product and Research teams to evaluate product-market fit.
• Collaborate with Product teams to improve the cardholder experience.
• Design and implement A/B tests to optimize campaign performance.
• Collaborate with Creative teams to develop high-impact marketing assets.
• Work closely with Compliance and Legal teams to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Monitor and analyze campaign metrics, creating regular reports.
• Conduct competitive analysis and stay current with industry trends.

Requirements

• 3-4 years of experience in product marketing or lifecycle marketing.
• Strong copywriting skills for diverse audiences.
• Strong communication skills with internal stakeholders.
• Strong project management and cross-functional communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience building successful lifecycle marketing campaigns.
