Overview

The Sales Leader for Personal Lines at Trucordia is responsible for developing and growing a profitable book of personal insurance business while leading a team of producers to achieve sales goals.

Requirements

• State-issued Property and Casualty Producer License.
• 4-year Degree in Business Management, Sales, or related field.
• 7+ years in an Insurance sales role with team leadership experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and Salesforce.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
