Overview

The Account Management Support Specialist will help secure a best-in-class customer experience for midsize accounts with a focus on account growth, retention, and upselling.

In Short

  • Responsible for end-to-end management of midsize builder accounts.
  • Ensures all account enrollments are current by resolving outstanding items.
  • Manages and implements account changes such as pricing and product updates.
  • Uses various technologies to compile essential client documentation.
  • Provides administrative support for initiatives like reactivating dormant accounts.
  • Stays informed on industry and company changes to communicate updates to clients.
  • Meets or exceeds KPIs related to upselling and retention.

Requirements

  • Excellent collaboration and project management skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Advanced organization and customer service skills.
  • Proven sales and account management experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and allocate resources.
  • Willingness to obtain property and casualty insurance licensing.
  • Willingness to travel (<15%).
  • Prior experience with a home builder, warranty company, or insurance company is a plus.
