In Short

Design, implement, and optimize scalable HR systems that support our rapidly growing team.
Manage and improve HR workflows across onboarding, benefits administration, payroll, compliance, tax and employment laws, and performance cycle reviews.
Own reporting and data hygiene to ensure accurate workforce insights and compliance.
Drive HR process automation and efficiency improvements to enhance employee experience and streamline operations.
Leverage analytics to drive workforce planning, compensation strategy, and HR decision-making.
Partner with leadership and key stakeholders to align people operations with business goals.
Own and optimize HR technology and HRIS platforms, ensuring effective data management and reporting.
Act as a trusted advisor on HR policies, compensation structures, employment regulations, and best practices.

Requirements

5-12 years of experience in People Operations, HR analytics, or a similar role, ideally in a high-growth startup or consulting environment.
Deep experience managing HRIS platforms, HR reporting, and data-driven workforce decisions.
Proven ability to create, refine, and scale HR processes while managing 10-40 workflows simultaneously.
Knowledge of tax laws, employment regulations, benefits administration, and compliance requirements across multiple jurisdictions (nice to have, not have to have).
Comfortable in a very fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to context switch, problem-solve, and adapt quickly.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
