Lead a strong team of 4 HR employees and manage operational HR work.
Act as the central contact for all labor law questions from contract creation to case handling.
Manage HR controlling and prepare key figures, salary rounds, provisions, and forecasts accurately.
Control, optimize, and implement efficient HR processes focusing on administration, payroll, and time tracking.
Enhance the performance of our HR system and ensure the functionality and maintenance of our central HR system Personio.
Ensure data security and transparent, legally compliant implementation of internal control systems in HR.
Requirements
A completed degree or commercial training with a focus on HR management.
Several years of experience in operational HR, especially solid labor law knowledge.
Leadership experience and a good sense for talent development.
As a team player, bring expertise, a positive demeanor, and a healthy dose of humor.
