Requirements

• Secondary school or higher education level required
• Strong communication skills in Dutch and English both written and spoken
• Experience in customer service roles within contact center environment for at least 6 months
• Good computer skills
• Ability to communicate professionally, enthusiastically

• Quick learner with the capacity to process information efficiently
• Independent worker who enjoys challenges and maintains focus on customer satisfaction
