Overview

The IT Support Agent will facilitate the onboarding process for new hires and act as the first point of contact for helpdesk requests and technical issues in a remote-first organization.

Requirements

  • Previous experience with tracking systems (Jira).
  • Interest in the tech industry.
  • Organizational skills.
