Overview

As a Support Agent II at Renaissance, you will be a key point of contact for support-related issues, utilizing your exceptional customer support skills and technical acumen to assist educational staff effectively.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED with 1+ years of customer support experience preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and solve problems quickly.
  • Experience with online education solutions is a plus.
