In Short

  • Contact students for payment facilitation and issue resolution.
  • Maintain communication standards with customers.
  • Log case details accurately in the CRM system.
  • Share daily reports to enhance departmental processes.
  • Identify customer needs and provide solutions.
  • Upgrade customer payment methods.
  • Work with emotional intelligence and overcome objections.
  • Ensure timely follow-up with customers.
  • Collaborate with ISM managers and other departments.
  • Document solutions in HubSpot and manage tasks via Jira.

Requirements

  • Advanced English (C1) and Spanish (C1).
  • High listening skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in the sales sector.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work with objections and emotions.
  • Target-oriented and motivated.
  • Experience in consultative sales.
  • General understanding of the EdTech industry.
