Overview

As a Commercial Manager supporting the LATAM Market, you will play a pivotal part in the growth team's success in scaling our prospective customer base, finding promising market needs, improving our customer acquisition funnel, and increasing the number of active students in our programs.

In Short

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients and increase profitability.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the LATAM market.
  • Close sales and establish long-term partnerships with clients.
  • Collaborate on training platform design and content development.
  • Create tailored e-learning strategies for clients.
  • Prepare budgets, quotations, and proposals.
  • Manage the entire sales process.
  • Use tools like Slack and HubSpot for communication and CRM.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience in the corporate market.
  • Proven ability to sell technology-related training courses.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Experience with Slack and HubSpot is a plus.
  • Self-driven and capable of working independently.
