Overview

As a Communication Designer at TripleTen, you'll play a crucial role in creating engaging designs that enhance our brand and user experience in an online coding bootcamp environment.

In Short

• Design engaging banners for paid ads in collaboration with various teams.
• Conduct research and testing to develop creative design solutions.
• Create eye-catching email communications to build sales and brand trust.
• Design swag for offline events to promote the brand.
• 3+ years of experience in Communication Design with a solid portfolio.
• Strong graphic design skills with attention to detail.
• Understanding of customer journey maps (CJMs) and UX/UI principles.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Experience in a startup-like environment is a plus.
• Remote, part-time contract fixed at 15 hours per week.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience and a solid portfolio with real projects.
• Strong graphic design skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Understanding of CJMs and UX/UI.
• Basic fluency in English (B2 level).
• Experience in a startup-like environment is a plus.
• Ability to create illustrations is a nice to have.
• Familiarity with AI tools to enhance productivity.
