Overview

The Regulatory Counsel will play a critical role in navigating the complex and evolving regulatory landscape of the mobile gaming industry, ensuring compliance while enabling strategic business objectives.

• Track and advise on regulatory and legal risks across digital markets.

Requirements

• EU/UK/US/AUS qualified lawyer with a minimum of 7+ years of experience.
• Experience in consumer-facing technology or digital media companies.
• Experience with regulatory enforcement actions.
• Legal advice on online and mobile apps, consumer protection, and digital advertising.
• Proven ability to lead complicated projects across jurisdictions.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.
