Overview

As a CSM at Triple Whale, you will focus on and support our ecommerce stores and/or our agency clients who maintain the relationship with the stores directly. You will be joining a growing global team of superstar CSMs who love to help and guide our clients to success.

In Short

  • Take ownership of relationships with Enterprise clients.
  • Lead program strategy in a consultative and data-driven fashion.
  • Advise on marketing strategy, best practices, and feature functionality.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Solutions Architects, and Support.
  • Revenue and renewal forecasting.
  • Implement tailored success plans based on customer goals.
  • Drive executive level relationships and identify expansion opportunities.
  • Analyze customer usage for accurate forecasts.
  • Lead discussions with clients on new products and integrations.
  • Contribute to the improvement of the customer experience.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in the ecommerce space, preferably in SaaS.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills.
  • Quick learner and flexible with responsibilities.
  • Excellent computer skills and tech-savvy.
  • Service-oriented and passionate about client service.
  • Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking.
  • Positive attitude, empathy, and high energy.
  • Team player.
