Overview

As a Marketing Science Partner on Triple Whale's Marketing Science team, you will be the operator voice inside the Compass and Unified Measurement customer experience, translating measurement outputs into actionable decisions for brands at scale.

In Short

• Lead measurement strategy for a portfolio of Compass brands.
• Translate MMM, incrementality, and attribution model outputs into operator-native decisions.
• Help brands build a measurement roadmap over time.
• Provide expertise on various marketing channels including Meta, Google, and TikTok.
• Support sales as a subject matter expert for high-value prospects.
• Feed product development with insights from operator experiences.
• Communicate effectively with executive-level stakeholders.
• Bring real operator experience at scale to the role.
• Understand the complexities of omnichannel marketing.
• Familiarity with multi-platform attribution tools.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in paid media and channel expertise.
• Strong measurement literacy and understanding of various testing methods.
• Experience with brands generating $50M–$500M+ in revenue.
• Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in omnichannel marketing strategies.
• Familiarity with tools like Triple Whale, Northbeam, or Rockerbox.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort with ambiguity and building new processes.
